A qualified chef trained to our high standards will arrive at your home or venue for the party. He will set up the carvery and cook a free range Blythburgh pig. Marinading the hog with a Tuscan porchetta based marinade, the roast will cook until perfectly ready for your guests.
The chef will then begin to carve the pork and serve from the carvery or if you prefer it can be kept in a special hot plate to accompany any salads or other cooked dishes to be provided for your guests from the buffet table.
We can also serve the hog into rolls. This will include a waiter who will prepare the rolls for your guests. A ciabatta roll is prepared with homemade apple sauce and roquette salad. The free range porchetta hog is then served into the roll and a piece of the crispy crackling garnishes the ciabatta for a little tasty tit-bit.
