Not only can we do a hog roast, lamb roast or barbeque for your wedding, we can plan the evenings culinary requirements with you, to include all the other parts of the day and to fit in with the schedule exactly as you wish.

We will sit down with you and get to know you a little bit so you get the chance to see what we can do and know that we are looking after you with a personal touch. We will create an outline together and use this as our basis to refine and change until we get exactly what you are hoping to have on a very special day.

When the marriage ceremony ends and the guests come to the reception we will have the welcome drinks ready and waiting.

Canapes can be served and then we will sit the guests and the feast begins.

As you decide our hog roast, lamb roast or bbq will be served by our chefs and waiters. We normally allow a 30 minute serving time for 100 guests from the first to the last and then allow another 30 minutes for them to enjoy the meal.

This service can be done in whatever way you feel best suits the occasion. Buffet, silver service a combination of the two.

Then our team of waiters and waitresses will clear the tables and we can move straight into desserts or leave a space for champagne and toasts.

Desserts followed by coffee if you wish and then a cheeseboard passed around the tables or served as a buffet can be served.

More tasty tit-bits to see the guests through the evening and on to when the bride and groom leave and the party begins to wind down.

This is just an example of the way the day can run and we will agree this together. Allowing you to relax on the day and be able to enjoy your wedding knowing that all is taken care of.
